The most luxurious restaurant in BiH will occupy 700 meters square of space on the top of the Capital Tower building in Otoka, Sarajevo. It is about time for BiH to get luxury restaurants, and this one will bring a completely new concept of catering to BiH, according to Nermin Hubic, director of NOA Ltd., a member of the NOA Group.
This company will open 4 new restaurants in Sarajevo, and they will be conceptually the same but their visualization and offer will be quite different.
These catering facilities will be branded as NOA cafes and restaurants. Currently, the process of procurement of the equipment is taking place and a total amount of 700,000 BAM will be invested in the process of furnishing of these two restaurants.
“We will offer a completely new concept of service to our guests. From serving, menu – choosing meals and drinks, ambiance… On one side, we want to make an atmosphere in which you can bring any type of business delegation and have a service at the highest level, but on the other, we want to have a space with relaxed ambience where people will not be afraid to come,” stated Hubic.
“We are planning to hire about 60-70 people for all four restaurants. I want to emphasize that the salaries of our employees will be above the usual average in this business field,” added Hubic.
According to Hubic’s announcements, the project will gather some of the most famous names from BiH and the region, and they already agreed cooperation with one of the most famous regional names in the field of culinary and catering.
The restaurant itself will be promoted in all large cities in BiH as well as in the regional capital cities.
Moreover, NOA is planning for the entire project to be socially responsible as well. NOA will provide its help to other restaurants with the aim to improve their business.
