The hearing in the case “Sava Marinkovic et al” related to the murder of Sarajevo policemen was held yesterday in front of the Sarajevo Cantonal Court, with the testimony and examination of the witnesses of the Canton Sarajevo (CS) Prosecutor’s Office.
Testimony of a SIPA officer who was targeted by the auto mafia for conducting an investigation
Melis Fiso, a SIPA investigator and a member of the investigative team formed specifically for this case, testified before the court.
His first knowledge was that there had been a murder, one serious injury, and all during the alienation of a vehicle – that is, during the commission of another criminal act.
In addition to Sky, the Anom application was also used
As for the mention of Trifkovic in the Sky application, although there is not too much of it, official notes signed by Fiso, among others, testify to his involvement in this case. Namely, in one conversation through the Sky application, he was characterized as “a good driver, and he also proved to be a good killer.”
In addition to the Sky application, Fiso and his team also worked on data obtained from the Anom application, which is also most often used in the crime milieu. In one of those conversations, the communication is led by Elvis Keljmendi, Aleksandar Nikolicand Milos Bozovic.
On one occasion, Nikolic complained to Keljmendi that he was “invited to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to give his DNA”, to which Keljmendi replied that “they probably learned something new”, referring to the investigation into the murder of Sarajevo policemen, but that he had “a man in Pale”, and that he will solve it.
Further, Nikolic and Bozovic, in their conversation that is relevant to this case, mention Trifkovic and say “that he is not guilty, he was certainly only a driver, but that he will get 20 years in prison.”
The next hearing in this case is scheduled for March 21st, starting at 10:30 a.m., when the testimony of three CS Prosecutor’s Office witnesses is scheduled, Klix.ba reports.
