After the Duel with Wales: The Dragons advanced in the FIFA Rankings

FIFA updated the rankings today, and BiH moved up five places after eliminating Wales in the semi-finals of the 2026 World Cup play-offs last night after penalties, reports the portal reprezentacija.ba.

The Dragons were in 71st place before the match, and now occupy 66th position.

Our rival in the play-off finals, Italy, is in 12th position.

The Italians celebrated against Northern Ireland 2:0 last night and moved up one place.

The best selection from the region is Croatia, which is in 11th position.
