Stefanovic said that members of several nations were discovered while trying to come to Banja Luka to provoke incidents.

“Any person who is located on territory of Serbia and intends to do something like that is under observation,” said Stefanovic.

He said that the Ministries of Interior of Serbia and Republika Srpska are in communication and exchanging information.

Stefanovic confirmed that Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, as coordinator of security services, held a meeting with the services, on which was discussed the situation in Banja Luka.

“We will do everything we can to help that tomorrow nothing bad happens. We will not interfere in politics, but we want peace,” said Stefanovic.

He emphasized that peace and stability in the region are the most important for Serbia, stating that everyone should understand that, for Serbia, peaceful RS is victory.

“Everything that Aleksandar Vucic has done so far for the RS, he only did to help,” said Stefanovic, adding that Serbia is only searching for peace and security.

He stated that Serbia will have a dynamic growth in the upcoming year as well as leading position in the region, but he warned that investors will not come to the instable region.
