The Council of Ministers of BiH reached a Decision on approving the purchase/procurement of a facility for accommodation of the institutions of BiH in Sarajevo of total surface area amounting to between 7.000 and 8.000 square meters, which will unburden the budget of BiH and eschew a significant part of further expenses on the basis of lease of space, for which 10 million BAM are allocated on annual lever.
In order for the plan to be implemented, the Office for Joint Operations of the institutions of BiH published a public call for submission of bids for the procurement/purchase of the facility for accommodation of institutions in Sarajevo.
The conditions that must be fulfilled by everyone who applies for the mentioned call are clear. The facility must be in the central city zone, no more than two kilometers away from the complex of facilities of institutions of BiH, near the public transportation, adjusted to administrative purposes, with a total area between 7.000 and 8.000 square meters with parking space.
Moreover, the facility or the complex of facilities must be a spatial, physical and infrastructural whole, without any load, with resolved property and legal issues, and it must possess an occupancy permit.
“The facility must have pedestrian and vehicular access. In case the facility has more than two floors plus the ground floor, it must have vertical communication – an elevator inside the facility. The facility must be connected to electrical network, water supply network, sewerage system, phone network and internet. In other words, it must possess all internal infrastructural installations and air conditioning and fire protection. Moreover, it must be suitable for accommodation of the institutions of BiH, habitable and vacant within the timeframe of no more than 90 days from the day of signing the Contract or the day of fulfillment of financial liabilities in accordance with the provisions of the Contract,” it is stated in the public call.
All physical and legal entities from Bosnia and Herzegovina who submit complete requested documentation can participate in this public call.
The call is opened until March 7, 2016.
