The City Council of the City of Sarajevo today adopted the Decision on Amendments on the Regulatory Plan “City Center – Marijin Dvor” for the locality Kvadrant B.

It is a revival of the process that allows the continuation of construction on one of the most attractive locations in the city center.

Mayor of Sarajevo Abdulah Skaka welcomed this decision he called “historic”.

“This is the historic decision of the City Council and I welcome it, thus opening a process that will enable the start of the construction of a new part of the City of Sarajevo, and I am particularly pleased that today’s guidelines for drafting a regulatory plan will stipulate that for a walkway, Wilson promenade, to be extended all the way to Skenderija, “Skaka told Federal News Agency.

He noted that the construction of the concert hall was also foreseen.
