“Wine School” was held in Čitluk for all wine lovers.
Dražan Šunjić, the certified teacher from the London WSET Academy, was the lecturer. He explained to the participants the basics of wine tasting, production of wine, wine serving, and the basics of pairing wine with food. The participants had the opportunity to try nine popular types of wine, compare them and to try them with various food delicacies.
At the end, 20 participants from different parts of BiH successfully completed the test and received the certificate of completion for the first phase of wine school.
The Sommelier Association Wine School plans to continue this wine school as well as other activities in order to promote BiH as a wine region.
