Wizz Air, one of Europe’s fastest growing airlines and the leading low-cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe, launched a first flight yesterday night connecting Tuzla with Vienna.

WIZZ, as the pioneer of lowest-fare air travel across Europe, is looking to respond to the increasing demand for its low fare tickets and great travel experience, while further contributing to the growth of the local economies, aviation and hospitality industries as well as strengthen business ties between the countries. This year the airline has launched the biggest operational ramp-up, #WIZZaroundEurope, as between March and July 2018, 21 aircraft are allocated across its European bases and 700 new flights are introduced in its weekly flight schedule.

Residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will have an opportunity to visit baroque streetscapes and imperial palaces that set the stage for Vienna’s artistic and musical masterpieces alongside its coffee-house culture and vibrant epicurean and design scenes.

Wizz Air is a value-oriented airline focusing on innovation all along the way of the customer journey.

“Our aim is to make flying affordable for the citizens of the CEE, as well as to provide a new travel experience to all travelers in the EU.”

Wizz Air is continuously looking for opportunities to expand its network of destinations and provide low-cost air transport. We are committed to achieving the lowest cost base in the Central and Eastern European region and airport choice has a crucial impact.
