[wzslider autoplay=”true”] A total of 22 athletes, including 14 male and 7 female divers, showed their jumps and acrobatics from the Old Bridge in Mostar on Saturday.

World Cup in extreme jumps, the Red Bull Cliff Diving, was held in Mostar for the second consecutive year. Courage of divers thrilled not only those present in Mostar and the audience in BiH, but also those far beyond the borders of our country. In the recent couple of days, Mostar was one of the most beautiful news in the media such as the Daily Mail, the Independent, the Huffington Post, Newcastle Herald, ABC…

Wonderful scenes from Mostar spread over the social networks and international media.

History was made at the iconic Stari Most bridge in the city of Mostar, in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, wrote Daily Mail, adding that a number of viewers, some of which were enjoying the view from the water, gave a special touch to the competition.

Australian Huffington Post wrote that jumps from historically significant Old Bridge are just breathtaking, while Independent.ie published a fascinating video of Mostar showing skills of divers in beautiful surroundings.

Newcastle Herald recalled that the young people of Mostar are jumping from the bridge for a hundred years, which is considered as a kind of test of maturity.

Euronews and ABC News also wrote about jumps in Mostar.

Competitors from Red Bull Cliff Diving are jumping from the height of 28 meters for men and 22 meters for women for the second year in a row. Michal Navratil from the Czech Republic and Canadian Lysanne Richard won on this year’s competition in Mostar.
