Yellow Meteoalert issued for BiH, possible Thunderstorms

Due to the announced high daily temperature and possible thunderstorms, Meteoalarm issued a yellow warning for the entire Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH for today.

In the area of ​​Banja Luka, Trebinje, Prijedor, Foca and Visegrad, the air temperature during the day is expected to be in the range of 32 and 35 degrees Celsius, and locally even higher. It will only be fresher in the mountains.

Local thunderstorms are expected in the area of ​​Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Tuzla, Livno, Bihac, Foca, Visegrad and Prijedor, it was published on the website of the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute. A yellow warning means the weather can be potentially dangerous. Predicted weather events are not uncommon, but caution is advised.
