Young BiH handball players on Wednesday will gather in Ilidža

Female cadet handball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina (players up to 17 years) will gather on 16 January in Ilidža where they’ll undergo a second phase of preparations for the qualifications for the European Championships, which will be held in the second half of August of this year in Poland. The qualifying tournament will be played from 22 to 24 March in Nitra in Slovakia. Besides young handball players of BiH and host Slovakia in Group 7 cadets from Norway and Greece will also play.

The two best teams from the group will fight to qualify for the European Championship.

25 young handball players have been called on for five-day preparations in Ilidža:

Marta Gudelj, Matija Vučić, Ivana Drežnjak, Marija Gudelj Nikolina Čutura (Kosača, Mostar), Dragana Đurić (Borac, Banja Luka), Dragana Boro, Ivana Sikimić (Leotar, Trebinje), Samira Bukvić (Bosna, Visoko), Munevera Maslić (Živinice), Mira Jošanović (Knežopoljka, Bosanska Dubica), Sumeja Mujkić (Krivaja, Zavidovići), Andrea Lučić (Jedinstvo, Tuzla), Emina Dizdar (Bihać), Amina Oputar (Goražde), Ema Radmilović (Goražde), Martina Šumelj, Matea Šumelj, Jelena Boto, Matea Nosić (Ljubuški), Ivana Kresić, Lucija Pršlja, Maja Leko (Katarina, Mostar), Edina Demić (Lokomotiva, Mostar) i Josipa Bračić (Grude).
