Remains of Fatima were found in the within the Factory of Batteries in Potočari, after a testimony by members of the Dutch battalion who revealed that there is a mass grave there in late 2011.

Remains of the baby were found in December 2012, among five victims exhumed from the mass grave within the Factory.

Fatima’s mother Hava Muhić gave birth to Fatima in the Dutch headquarters of UNPROFOR in July 1995.

Hava begged to name her child, so that she could have a name written on her tombstone.

They named her Fatima. She was buried in Potočari, where the men of the Muhić family found their peace. Almost all men from this family were killed.
