disabilitiesThe Fund for Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities has secured employment for 1,070 people with disabilities in the FBiH in the past 18 months.

Furthermore, with the resources of the Fund in this period was provided support for employment, sustainability of employment and vocational rehabilitation for more than 1,600 people with disabilities.

These results were achieved, among other things, thanks to the preparation and publication of Instructions and forms for maintaining records of employers, wages and the amount of special contribution to people with disabilities, and by creating the technical preconditions for the efficient processing of these data.

Payment of special contribution in the first quarter of 2016 was increased by 42 % in comparison to the previous year.

Numerous employers across the country are deciding to employ persons with disabilities in order to be exempted from the payment of a special contribution, which is another effect of the measures that were taken by the Fund.
