Zvizdić Application and MAP n1info.comThe essence of all the measures is that we have to implement the reforms and that BiH needs to be modernized and aligned with the norms and standards currently in force in the European Union, said the Chairman of Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić in the “Voice of America” program.

The goal of the visit to Washington is to talk about the current situation and trends in BiH and basic priorities of the Council of Ministers of BiH, added Zvizdic.

“This is not just a question of economic reform but of the general directions of foreign policy and internal issues that should strengthen the economic base of BiH and improve the residents’standard of living,” Zvizdic explained.

Moreover, he added that he informed representatives of the State Department about the goals and key priorities that have been achieved, namely European integration and NATO membership.

“European integration remains our main foreign policy goal,” Zvizdić said.

He also stressed that all institutions work very consistently, because the previously mentioned goals are the ones that will further build BiH within the international framework, as well as improve the socio-economic and political situation in BiH.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdic is attending the Spring Assembly of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank in Washington.
