Davor Pehar, a member of the Federal Staff for Civil Protection and director of the Federal Public Health Institute, said that there is a satisfactory epidemiological situation in the past 24 hours, according to Avaz news portal.
“In the past 24 hours, 650 people were tested, six of whom were positive, they are patients from Zenica Doboj Canton, West Herzegovina Canton and Sarajevo Canton. As of today, more than 25,000 samples have been tested in the Federation, and 998 people are positive. The health condition of the patients is good, 33 patients are hospitalized, and after a long time we do not have any person on a respirator. The number of recovered is increasing and we have 745 of them, while 216 patients with coronavirus are currently active,” said Pehar.
He also said that serial tests have not yet begun.
