The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has appointed Darko Culum as the director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and Drasko Milinovic as the director of the Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK), according to Fena news agency.
The agenda of the session also includes the appointment of the director of the Agency for Education and Professional Development, as well as the notification on the expiration of the mandate and initiation of the procedure for selection and appointment of the director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Leaders of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Bakir Izetbegovic, Dragan Covic and Milorad Dodik agreed on the appointments last week, and it was supposed to nominate Selmo Cikotic (SDA) for the new Bosnian Minister of Security, but that did not happen.
The session was then canceled because HDZ ministers did not vote for its agenda, and it was the first time in this convocation that the agenda was not adopted.
