The Mass in Bobovac was presided over by the Archbishop, Metropolitan of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljic, together with Msgr. Tomo Vuksic.

In addition to Catholic members of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of BiH and police and security services at all entity and state levels, the Eucharistic celebration was attended by Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Dragan Cović, MP from the House of Peoples of the BiH PA Marina Pendes, President of the Federation of BiH Marinko Cavara and Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to BiH Ivan Sabolic. A delegation of the Military Ordinariate of the Republic of Croatia also took part in the pilgrimage.

The prayer walk to Bobovac was initiated by Cardinal Puljic in memory of the day of the death of Bosnian Queen Katarina Kosaca, October 25, 1478, in order to unite in prayer for personal needs, for their own people and homeland Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also for all peoples and nations who live in it.
