The Government of the FB&H has adopted the program and criteria for the distribution of the current transfers established by the FB&H budget for 2015, to the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning.
This way, 1.2 million BAM of budget funds is planned for the remediation of damage caused by floods and landslides.
The government has given approval to the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning to merge 700,000 BAM of the total amount with the funds of the Federal Fund to support the areas affected by natural disaster in the territory of the FB&H, and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), which refers to the project “Reducing the risk of disaster through managed landslides.”
100,000 BAM of the remaining amount will be allocated for a maximum of four projects for repairing damages, and the rest 100,000 BAM are reserve funds.
The Government of the FB&H today adopted the decision on approving the schedule of funds for the amount of 1,250,243.78 BAM from the specifically purposed transaction account opened as a sub-account under the Single Treasury Account of the FB&H as part of the Federal Fund to support the areas affected by natural disaster in the territory of the FB&H.
The decision was made on the basis of the law for financial aid for recovery following natural disasters and for the reconstruction of areas affected by natural disaster, as was announced by the Government of FB&H.
