roadsThe Governing Board of ITA adopted the decision on the temporary distribution of revenues from tolls for motorways that were collected on the Single Account in the amount of 28 million BAM.

These funds will be distributed in accordance with the current law regulations, and a total of 59 % will be allocated for the FBiH or about 16.5 million BAM, the RS will receive 39 % or around 11 million BAM and Brcko District will receive 2 % or 559,670 BAM.

With this decision, funds that are amounting to 10 % of total revenues collected from tolls for motorways until May 17,  2017, were allocated in accordance with applicable regulation from 2009 that prescribes a temporary allocation of funds.

At the session was also adopted the decision on determining temporary coefficients for distribution of funds from the Single Account for the period April – July 2017.

According to this decision, which is based on final consumption shown in VAT declarations, the FBiH will receive 64.26 % of these funds, the RS will get 32.19 % of collected revenues, while Brcko District will receive 3.55 % of the collected funds.

As prescribed by the law, the ITA is entrusted to perform calculations of already marked revenues for entities in this quarter, and in accordance with the adopted coefficients.

At the session of the Governing Board was also accepted the Medium-term working plan of ITA for the period 2018-2020, as well as amendments to the Ordinance on the internal organization of the ITA.
