Prime Minister of the FBiH Fadil Novalic opened the 44th International Fair of Agricultural and Food Industries – the Fair of Plum in Gradacac.

“We see these events as an opportunity to talk about the potential of our agriculture, the changes and ways in which we can achieve some progress,” said Prime Minister Novalic.

He also added that the Fair of Plum is a proof that people from this region are hardworking and persistent and they are not giving up on their vision.

“We are working to ensure that agricultural production is legally regulated so that farmers do not depend on temporary or current measures or any kind of executive authority,” added PM Novalic.

Prime Minister of Canton Tuzla Bego Gutic stated that this government is investing about 8 % of the budget in the agricultural production, and he noted that 2 % more will be allocated in the upcoming years.

“With the establishment of this economic manifestation, Gradacac has become a recognizable environment in the economic, social and all other senses. This makes it an environment that is pleasant for a living and a favorable environment when it comes to economic terms. The Municipality of Gradacac is working hard to realize a large number of infrastructure projects in the industrial zone and in other areas for even more successful development,” said Edin Dervisagic, Mayor of the Municipality Gradacac.

“The Fair in Gradacac managed to become the place of creating new jobs and new partners,” stated former President of Croatia, Stjepan Mesic.

At this year’s Fair of Plum in Gradacac, visitors will have the opportunity to see presentations of the latest products and services from the field of production and processing of food and drinks, agricultural machinery and protective equipment. Blue nights in Gradacac will be completed with a rich and interesting cultural and entertainment program.
