The reconstruction of the Great Alley, the famous promenade near Sarajevo, connecting Ilidza and Vrelo Bosne spring, is finally finished.
“The track that was in a catastrophic condition was leveled up and coated with a new layer of asphalt,” was stated by the Sarajevo Canton Government.
The Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection through allocated 100,000 BAM for rehabilitation and an additional 50,000 BAM was allocated by the Directorate of Roads of Canton Sarajevo.
“Driving with carriage is now much more enjoyable, and walkers and bikers can easily walk,” they say.
