The 85th regular session of the Council of Ministers of BiH was held in Sarajevo today. Among other things, it was discussed about amendments to the Law on Wages and Reimbursements in Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It was concluded that suggestions presented at the session will be submitted to the Ministry of Finances and Treasury in written form until the middle of next week, so that the Council of Ministers of BiH would forward this draft law to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH by the end of this year.
The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Report on execution of budget of the institutions of BiH for the period January-September 2016, which stated that total amount of generated revenues was 749.437.694 BAM or 79 percent of planned funds for this year.
Total expenses from the budget of institutions of BiH in nine months of 2016 amounted to 632.950.641 BAM, which is 67 percent of the budget for 2016 or 51 percent of the corrected budget which includes additional earmarked funds.
Institutions of BiH continued implementing saving measures with reduction of costs of phone services and representation. They generated the income of 761.789 BAM, primarily from the sale of motor vehicles of budget users due to reduction of the rolling stock.
The Council of Ministers of BiH also defined the Draft contract on loan for implementation (Project of the Corridor 5C 2 – continuation) between BiH and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development worth 76 million EUR, with repayment period of 15 years, including four years of grace period.
The funds are intended for the construction of motorways in accordance with international standards, in the length of 5.8 kilometers on the section between Donja Gračanica and Klopče – tunnel Pečuj, and the motorway in accordance with international standards in the length of 10.4 kilometers on the section between Svilaj and Odžak.
