A dead male baby was found in a trash can between buildings in the Blok 9 neighborhood in Podgorica, the Police Department confirmed to the RTCG Portal.
The investigation has been completed, and the police are working to determine the identity of the child’s mother.
As Libertass writes, the bag containing the lifeless body of the child was allegedly found by a worker from “Čistoća” while cleaning a trash can.
