Members of the Trebinje police department arrested a Frenchman for whom, on suspicion of participating in terrorist activities, a central warrant was issued. He was arrested near the town of Tvrdos.

A man with the initials I. A. H. F. J. was arrested, for whom an international warrant was issued by the Republic of France for a series of criminal offenses.

He is charged with participation in a criminal association with the aim of preparing a criminal act, possession of weapons despite a court order, public incitement to hatred or violence based on origin, ethnicity, nation, race, or religion verbally, in writing, or with the use of images or public means of communication that constitutes a criminal offense with elements of terrorism, and unauthorized possession of category B weapons, ammunition, and their elements.

“After all the police measures and actions taken, the person was found and taken into custody in the city of Trebinje around 4:10 p.m., without resisting arrest,” said the Trebinje Police Department.

They added that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) was also informed about his arrest, Klix.ba reports.E.Dz.
