The Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) of Jajce today successfully pulled out a car that landed in the Vrbas canyon near Three Waters yesterday, while a married couple and their three children managed to save themselves from the vehicle.

The accident happened yesterday around 2 pm on the main road M-16 Jajce-Banja Luka, when A.B., driving a car, went off the road in the area of Tri vode, ending up in the river Vrbas. The married couple, who have been living abroad for a long time, managed to get out of the vehicle by themselves, despite the extensive material damage to the car.

It is a married couple from Bugojno with three minor daughters, writes Jajce-online.com.

All the necessary investigative actions were carried out by members of the Jajce Police Department, and drivers are urged to drive cautiously, adapted to road conditions.

This incident once again highlights the importance of careful driving and adapting speed and driving style to road conditions, especially in winter conditions.
