Minor of initials H.L.A. who drove a BMW without passing a driving test and hit two 23-year-old girls last Friday in Hrasno, was released, Klix.ba learns.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Canton Sarajevo did not even ask for detention because it is a minor and the prosecutor considered that there was no justified basis for the request, after which the arrogant driver was released.

Two girls who were walking on the sidewalk at the moment when they were hit by a BMW car were immediately transported to Clinical University Sarajevo, where one was diagnosed with serious physical injuries (bone fracture in the heel), and the other with minor injuries.

Minor initials H.L.A. who was driving the car, which is owned by his mother, is 2006 and was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the test after he hid the accident.

The minor was arrested that night on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “Serious criminal offenses against the safety of public traffic”, and in connection with the criminal offense of “Endangering public traffic”.
