The President of the Board of Directors of the Public Institution Dom zdravlja Sarajevo Canton Ademir Spahić told the portal “Avaz” that he was horrified by the tragedy that happened last night in the center of Sarajevo, during which the young doctor Azra Spahić (1998) was killed, while two other people were injured.

“Obviously, the two young flowers Selma and Edita were not enough for us to deal with the terrible safety situation in traffic, for the competent authorities to work permanently to solve the problem. Obviously, all that was put into some other plan, if we have one at all. This terrible tragedy that happened, where another young flower was extinguished, a doctor who was at the beginning of her career, who made herself available with all her being to do the most humane calling in the world, was extinguished by I cannot name the man because he for me, he is not in an alcoholic state with the rampage, speed, force that he probably acquired through the stages of development,” said Spahić

He added that as a parent, health worker and President of the Board of Directors of JUDZKS, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Institution, sends his sincere condolences to the family of the colleague.

This is an irreparable loss for all of us – said Spahić.

Let us remind you that the driver Armin Berberović (1996) from the municipality of Stari Grad killed a female pedestrian with the initials S.A. last night at 11:30 p.m. with a Mercedes car and inflicted physical injuries on two persons with the initials S.A. (1997) and S.E. (2002).

The traffic accident happened last night in the Marijin Dvor neighborhood when the driver ran into pedestrians with his car.
