Charles Munat  teaches over twenty years in the IT sector at the colleges around the world.

“The primary goal of this program is to create a new generation of teachers and the candidates don’t even have to be experienced programmers. All it takes is to love technology and teaching. The program is focused on creating skills, and not the classic knowledge transfer. Thanks to internet we can find knowledge quickly today while making skills needs practice.” – says Charles Munat.

Besides increasing the number of new programmers, the goal of this program is to emancipate its participants in a way that they turn out teachers themselves and to develop skills in them that they will use in order to transfer knowledge to the new generations efficiently.

This program was so far held in three capitals in the world: New York, Hong Kong and London.

“We believe that these programs are necessary. We try hard to use our contacts in the world so we can ameliorate the Bosnian IT sector and qualify as many people as possible. We would like to qualify and hire many people and make this industry one of the most perspective ones in B&H” – says Edin Šarčević, the founder of the HUB387 and the Academy387.

Applications for this program are open, and it begins officialy on September 22th and October 27th 2014.
