Accorhotels to open Hotel in Tarcin worth 18 Million BAM

tarcinforest hotel investmentAccorhotels, the largest hotel group in Europe and Orbis Hotels Group, its strategic partner for Eastern Europe, presented the project of entering the market of BiH. Namely, the conference was held in Sarajevo City Hall and the brand MGallery by Sofitel, which will be present in Tarcin Forest Resort, was presented as well.

The project will be implemented through a franchise arrangement with the investor Tarcin International Development Company Ltd. (TiDC d.o.o), and the opening of the hotel worth 18 million BAM is planned for September 2017.

Accor hotel group is represented throughout Europe with over 4,000 hotels and more than 20 hotel brands of all categories, making it the European leader in the hotel industry.

“We want to strengthen our position as market leader in the region by expanding into new markets. Our plan to do so is primarily through strategic partnerships with local investors by recognizing the growing potential of the market of BiH. Moreover, by the Sofitel, high-end brand and unique concept boutique hotel, we want guests on the BH market to offer excellence and a new experience of hotel services in the French style, “ said Dominik Soltysik, Member of the Board Orbis Hotel group.

MGallery by Sofitel Tarcin Forest Resort & Spa, will be situated on 85,000 m2 in an idyllic setting of Tarcin near Sarajevo, capital of BiH and will have 55 hotel rooms and nine villas with gardens, restaurant and bar, large conference room, an exclusive spa & fitness and spa center with a pool.
