After getting OMV: Gazprom ‘re-branding’ Petrol Stations, in 2013 planned 90 Million KM Investments in BiH

GaZPROMUntil the end of the year there are planed 90 million KM investments in BiH.

 BiH is for “Gazprom” one of the priorities of the region when it comes to the development of the company and to the oil refinery, stated Alexander Malanin, director of the block ‘Promet’ in the Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS) – “Gazprom”.


He announced that to reporters, who were visiting NIS and the oil refinery in Pančevo, the past two days, among other were even media representatives from BiH.

In BiH there are already operative 22 gas stations that are branded under the name of “Gazprom” and, by the end of the year in this country there will be 28, 17 in Serbia, 50 in Romania and 40 in Bulgaria.

Malanin said that in BiH they will focus in cities where still did not get their services and on those places in which the development of the network of petrol stations is economically justified.

The Regional Manager of NIS Gaspromnjeft for the Adriatic region and director of retail companies in BiH Branko Radujko recalls that in BiH they emerged after getting “OMV” network, and they expect to remain one of the leading companies in this market.

By end of the year there are planned 90 million convertible marks investments in BiH.

Also, we expect that by the end of 2015 the network of gas stations “Gazprom” to have 250 stations.

The network of gas station “Gazprom” belongs to the premium segment of the Balkan fuel market. These gas stations are selling fuel standard Euro-5, high quality oils and lubricants and other supplementary goods.

By the end of last year, at the Oil Refinery Pančevo is completed one of the biggest investment projects in the modern history of Serbia – the modernization of processing facilities NIS.

Commissioning of a new, modern MHC&  DHT complexes, enables  Serbia to continue to supply with top quality fuel that fully corresponds to euro 5. The value of the investment is 547 million euros.

MHC&DHT complex consists of 28 different manufacturing facilities and more than 300 processes – from the most modern storage facilities for LPG and modern transformer station, a new Gasoline transport, and other processes.

The value of newly built drives and refinery infrastructure facilities is more than 140 million euros.
