After a year and six months of fighting, Dalal Omerovic, small baby from BiH, returned to her home town as a winner.

Her small eyes and laughing face united people from all over BiH and diaspora to deliberately help her since the moment her parents discovered she had leukemia in 2017. Treatment began at the Pediatric Clinic in Sarajevo and continued in Germany where transplantation was performed.

Dalal kept wide smile despite having nine chemotherapy cycles, 10 lumbar and bone punctures, and blood, which was taken many times.

“All of us, together with God’s help, have won the best of life, giving us power every day and showing us that everything is possible, we cannot just give up, our good people, Dalal with his parents returns as a winner in her Bihac. Surgery has succeeded, but her battle continues and she does not surrender,” was written in Facebook group “For Dalal”.
