Care_Share_SarajevoIn organisation of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), governments of BiH and numerous local partners and sponsors, the capital city of BIH got the honour to mark the World Environment Day as the host for the region of Europe. The series of activities on this occasion will be held from 3 to 5 June.

The official opening of three day event will be held tonight in Meeting Point Cinema, starting at 8 p.m.

On that occasion, awards will be given for the best recipe of the competition ‘Think.Eat.Save’ which was organised by the web site namirnice.ba in cooperation with UNEP.

Citizens of Sarajevo will then have the opportunity to see the film of Valentin Thurn called ‘Taste The Waste’, which will talk about the problem of wasting food.
