rukovanje_a-1The Director of the Company “Autoceste FBiH” Mostar Ensad Karić and the Director of the International Financial Corporation (IFC) for Europe and Central Asia Tomaš Telma signed today in Sarajevo an agreement on contract consulting services.

At the conference for journalists, Karić said that the FBiH government hired the IFC as the general contractor for the project public-private partnership for three sections of the highway construction of Corridor 5C, with a total length of 38,6 kilometers, which is “the path to new models of financing”.

He added that the realization of the project will last 15 months, which includes an analysis of costs, presentation of investments and tendering.

The Director of IFC congratulated the FBIH government for this imitative, for which he said they would be able to initiate 300 million euros.

“The IFC has extensive experience in the structuring projects and finding investors for major projects, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank and others’’, said Telma.
