Twenty six years old Alma Suljić, the second girl who was hit by Armin Berberović’s car on Friday evening, at Marijin Dvor in Sarajevo, has died.

For the past few weeks, she was in critical condition and under the close supervision of doctors at Clinical Centre University Sarajevo, but as Klix.ba unofficially learns, unfortunately, she was unable to survive after the fatal injuries caused by Berberović’s car and she passed away last night.

As they learn, Alma Suljić is from Sarajevo, and she worked at the Health Center in Zenica.

Berberović hit three people with his vehicle at the pedestrian crossing, at the intersection of Dolina and Maršala Tito streets.

Azra Spahić died at the scene of the accident, and the two were immediately transported to the hospital for assistance.

Let us remind you that Berberović was arrested the day after the horrific event, and on June 22, the Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton sent a request to the Cantonal Court to extend custody for another two months.

Berberović was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol, faster than the limit and without passing a driving test.
