In support of Italy, which has been battling the coronavirus pandemic for days, the Sarajevo City Hall was illuminated last night in the colors of the Italian flag, and Italian Ambassador Nicola Minasi decided to thank the citizens for the gesture.
“The City Hall is in the colors of the flag of Italy tonight, in solidarity with its citizens at this important moment. Thank you, Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina, for this move and solidarity,” Minasi said in Italian, and then continued to speak in Bosnian language:
“Thank you very much, Sarajevo. Thank you, Bosnia and Herzegovina, for your friendship. This means a lot! Thanks from heart and all the best to everyone, ”Minasi said.
