Amel Tuka Helping Floods novovrijeme.baAlong with the cadet basketball national team, no one brought so much joy to the BH sports enthusiasts as Amel Tuka did.

First, Amel Tuka won the 1st place in the race on 800 m at the athletic meeting of the Diamond League in Monte Carlo. On that occasion, Tuka ran 800 m in 1:42:51, which is the best result of the season and his personal record.

And then, as a cherry on top, came the bronze medal in the same discipline at the World Athletic Championships in Beijing. In Beijing as well, Amel Tuka confirmed he is a great champion and a great athlete.

The photography taken during last year’s floods in May in Topcic Polje, which shows the BH champion carrying food to the endangered residents of Topcic Polje – Bistrica, speaks of Amel Tuka as a great person, among everything.
