virginiaStudents from the prestigious George Mason University from Virginia will be on a student visit to B&H, which is being realized in cooperation with the American University in B&H (AUBiH) as a partner and host to the American students.

During this student visit, in addition to Sarajevo, students from George Mason University will visit Budapest, Belgrade and Berlin.

In addition to lectures at AUBiH, there are organized visits to the B&H Presidency, B&H Parliament, B&H Court, OHR, ICMP and the US Embassy.

Also, they plan to visit the Tunnel of Hope and the Memorial Center in Potočari. An indispensable part of the program is a tour of Sarajevo accompanied by AUBiH ambassadors-student representatives of AUBiH.

Professor Yehuda Lucaks, the Director of the Center for Global Education at George Mason University, said that Sarajevo is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and offers unparalleled opportunities for students who study conflict management. He said that the American University in B&H previously hosted US students during their visits to post-communist countries.
