Among the 650 killed since Monday, when Israeli warplanes began bombing the country, at least 50 are children and 95 are women, Lebanon’s health ministry said.

The number of women and children killed in Israeli attacks on Lebanon, which have been going on since Monday without interruption, is increasing.

Lebanese people are sharing photos of their dead children on social media saying that “their children gave their lives as martyrs just like the children in Gaza”.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that at least 50 children and 95 women were among the 650 people killed in the airstrikes.

At least five children from the same family lost their lives in an Israeli airstrike on the capital Beirut on Friday, September 20th.

Two days ago, Lebanese Environment Minister Nasser Yassin put forward a figure of 150,000 people who had to leave their homes due to Israeli attacks.

Lebanese Interior Minister Besam al-Mevlevi pointed out that 70,000 internally displaced people have settled in shelters due to Israeli attacks.

Thousands of Lebanese who had to leave their homes are struggling to survive with their children in the schools where they are placed.

As the wave of migration from the southern regions of the country to the capital Beirut and the northern regions continues, the bombing of Israeli warplanes flying over Lebanon is increasing.

Israeli warplanes launched a new air attack on a Hezbollah commander in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Israeli media reported.

Lebanon’s state news agency NNA said three missiles were fired at an apartment in the Al-Qaem neighborhood in the capital, Beirut.

Israel’s public broadcaster KAN reported that the attack targeted the head of Hezbollah’s air force unit, without giving any details.

There was no comment from Hezbollah on the Israeli attack.
