At the session held today, members of the Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Report by the Ministry of Finance And Treasury on the execution of the budget of BiH institutions and international liabilities of BiH for the period January-March 2016.
Generated revenues and support for financing of institutions in the first quarter of 2015 amounted to 217.733.183 BAM or 23 percent of the planned revenues in the budget for this year.
Disregarding the revenues which are paid at one time (revenues from income of the Central Bank of BiH), it can be said that total revenues generated are approximately on the level of one quarter of the planned revenues.
Total collected revenues from indirect taxes from Single Account of the Indirect Taxation Authority for financing of institutions of BiH in the period Januar-March 2016 amounted to 185.328.128 BAM or 25 percent of the planned revenues.
In the same period, revenues for servicing of the foreign debt of BiH amounted to 130.169.559 BAM, which means that total revenues and financing for institutions of BiH and the servicing of international liabilities of BiH amounted to 347.707.159 BAM.
Total expenditures of the budget of institutions of BiH in the mentioned period amounted to 209.345.209 BAM or 22 percent of the budget for 2016, without earmarked funds, or 17 percent of the adjusted budget, which includes the earmarked funds.
Expenditures of institutions of BiH were larger by 4.1 million BAM or two percent than in the same period last year, because there was no temporary financing of institutions at the level of BiH in 2016.
In case of expenditures, the institutions of BiH, in accordance with the Letter of Intent for the implementation of the stand-by arrangement with the IMF from 2016, continued making savings on income and material expenses in 2016.
That is why the institutions at the level of BiH fulfilled all agreed conditions from the Letter of intent for the implementation of the stand-by arrangement with the International Monetary Fund, stated the Information Office of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
