Analysis of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) Presidency Members Assets

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CIKBiH) has published updated data about the assets of elected officials.

According to the updated data, the assets of the highest officials of BiH – the members of the Presidency, deputies and delegates in both houses of the Parliament of BiH and Federation of BiH, deputies in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS), RS president and vice-president, RS Council of People, and deputies in the cantonal assemblies of the Federation of BiH have been announced.

Thus, in these data, it is stated that the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik had income on various bases of 241.074.07 BAM. The data state that Dodik has assets worth 2.143.043.58 BAM in his name, but also expenses and other liabilities in the amount of 897.481.00 BAM. Among other things, it is stated that Dodik also has a car from 2006.

When it comes to BiH Presidency Chairman Zeljko Komsic, the data state that he had revenues on various bases of 59.330.00 BAM. The estimated value of the assets in Komsic’s name amounts to 140 thousand BAM, while the Chairman of the Presidency has expenses and other liabilities in the amount of 119.100.00 BAM. He also owns a car worth 20.000 BAM.

Bosniak member of the Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic, according to this data, had an income of 74.203.32 BAM, and the assets registered in his name were estimated at 319.257.37 BAM. However, these data state that Dzaferovic owns apartments that are co-owned by his wife and that the mentioned estimated value applies to entire properties only. According to these data, Dzaferovic has no expenses and other liabilities. But he owns a 2016 car worth 25.000 BAM.

Data about the assets also indicate the property of the spouses of the elected officials, radiosarajevo.ba portal reports.
