After the public became familiar with the amount of salaries in the B&H state sector, an analysis was done of the salaries of citizens who work in the private sector, which equally reflects the situation in B&H. According to the research done through the portal Plata.ba, the highest average salary of B&H citizens in the private sector in 2013 was 4.500,00 BAM, while the lowest salary was 350,00 BAM.
According to research by plato.ba, the highest salary in the private sector in 2013 went to people in the following positions: Executive Director (4.500,00 BAM); IT managers (3.971,00 BAM); Sales Manager (3.450,00 BAM); IT Project Manager and IT Specialist (3.133,00 BAM); Financial Manager (2.867,00 BAM).
The lowest paid employees in the private sector went to the following positions: Salesperson in a store, construction worker, waiter, truck driver and tailor (350,00 BAM); Lawyer Trainee, Cook (360,00 BAM); Cashier (370,00 BAM); Welder (375,00 BAM); Receptionist, Carpenter and Journalist (380,00 BAM).
