anita_husaricThe Fed Cup of the B&H team, made up of Jasmina Tinjić, Anita Husarić and Dea Herdželaš will play against South Africa in the first round of the tournament of group II of Euro-Africa Zone. Egypt and Georgia are also in the group.

The first on the court will be Anita Husarić at 10:00, and afterwards Jasmina Tinjić will play. Following this, Husarić/Tinjić will play in a doubles match.

‘’We will play with all selections from the group, and the match against South Africa is very important to us, because it can determine our future. In the Fed Cup all the sets are summed up, and the matches won can sometimes be the deciding factor, and thus every point is crucial’’, said the B&H coach Vojin Šukalo. He added that the atmosphere among the girls is excellent.

‘’Georgia is probably the best team in our group, and Egypt has the least chance. Therefore, the match against South Africa is very important to us, so we could hold on to the semi-finals, and we don’t doubt this. We have three girls and all three are looking to play and have maximum focus on what to expect’’, said Šukalo.

Only after the match with South Africa, B&H tennis players will find out their next opponent, and afterwards the B&H coach will decide who will play.
