The seventh annual assembly of EFSE (European Fund for Southeast Europe) fund will be held on 6 June in Sarajevo.
The annual assembly will be opened by member of the BIH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović, and the main speakers that are announced are representatives of the finance sector, including the governors of central banks of the region, and more than 200 guests from financial institutions in Southeast Europe and the region that cover the program European Neighborhood.
The host of the event is the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE), one of the leading development funds in the world.
The EFSE fund enables, through local partnership financial institutions, the sustainable financing of micro and small businesses by helping them grow, generating additional revenue and creating new jobs, as well as helping households and those with a low budget to improve their living conditions.
This year’s annual assembly is called “Strong partners-Strong impact’’, and highlights the fact that healthy and efficient partnerships of financial institutions are key in establishing a strong impact on the target group.
The discussion will be focused on how to best take advantage of the successes from the previous operations as a means to increase the impact on further development, announced the BiH Central Bank.
