klixbuildingIn the Sarajevo neighborhood of Marijin Dvor another residential and commercial building, with total area of 3000 square meters, is being built. Work began in March and are performed between the new building Dvor and the building constructed by Famus construction 3 company, that is not completed yet.

The new facility is the property of the FAR Company from Sarajevo. Mahir Katica, co-owner of the company, told us that the building is listed as residential business, but that the end-use is yet to be defined.

“We called the building Dvor II, because it is located next to the building Dvor. The specific end-use is not determined yet, and it will depend on the interests of our customers. The entire facility can be only residential or business only or combined,” said Katica.

He added that they are negotiating with certain legal subjects related to the object and they still cannot determine the exact purpose.

Completion of construction work is planned for July of this year, and the facility will be fully completed by the early next year.

The project was done by HMD ARCHITECTS d.o.o Sarajevo, and the contractor is Sagra d.o.o Gračanica. Supervision of the works is performed by Zarka d.o.o Sarajevo.
