Arabs to construct Resort with 420 Apartments and 80 Villas in Derventa

Arabs DerventaInvestment company Almman Waterfront Ukrina Resort from Dubai Almman International Investments Ltd., with affiliated funds with investors from Kuwait, is planning to build a luxury apartment complex on the banks of the river Ukrina in Derventa.

It is planned to build 420 luxury suites, 80 villas, restaurants, spa, fitness center, and water park on the area of over 16 hectares.

By the end of 2017, Almman International Investments Ltd. and Kuwaiti investors plan to buy the required land in village Miskovci, between the highway and Ukrina River.

Upon completion, Almman Waterfront Resort Ukrina shall achieve the income of approximately 200 million USD annually for the city of Derventa and the RS.
