Starting next week, around 150 workers of ‘Hidrogradnje’ will be engaged in the construction of the crossroad Butile-Vlakovo-Mostarsko. This was agreed to yesterday at a meeting of representatives of ‘Hidrogradnje’ with the Director of ‘Autoceste FBiH’ Ensad Karić.
“It was agreed that we would be a part of the consortium with “ŽGP” and ‘Euro-Asfalt’. A separation has not yet been completed on two bridges at that highway, but we have information that it would also be finished’’, said the Director of ‘Hidrogradnje’ Džemaludin Peljto to Oslobođenje and conveyed by Indikator.ba.
One side of this section is estimated to cost 4 million KM, and apparently the cost of the other should be the same. On tunnel ‘Vijenac’, on which employees of ‘Hidrogradnje’ worked 8 months, as it was confirmed, would no longer perform works.
“Currenly, ‘Hidrogradnja’ is conducting works on the viaduct Briješće, and recently in the mentioned section. Although we are satisfied with the meeting with the Director of ‘Autoceste FBiH’, we would need more jobs. Also, we have been promised that we would do 50 percent of the job and on the highway Odžak-Svilja’’, said Peljito.
According to the Director of ‘Autoceste FBiH’ Ensad Karić, the establishment of a Director of the consortium for the works would unite B&H construction companies once again. He noted that, after ‘Euro-Asfalt’ and ‘ŽGP’ gave their consent to the consortium, they are waiting by a move by the government that has to give their consent to the proposed solution.
“The value of all the additional work should be 9 million KM, and a significant part would go to ‘Hidrogradnja’’’, said Karić and explained that all companies in B&H, whose investor is ‘Autoceste FBiH’, have to submit a certification that they settled all obligations according to the tax authorities.
“Regarding ‘Hidrogradnja’, we know that for years they do not pay benefits, but we are, however, as a socially responsible company, wish to become part of the solution’’, said Karić. He noted that the resource ministry has to agree on a solution with the government.
