Apartments Construction decorinportal.comAround 2,000 apartments in several facilities are currently under construction at the territory of the Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality, showing tendency of growth. All facilities are being constructed by European standards of construction and in accordance with ecological criteria.

Thus, two new settlements and several individual residential and residential-business facilities are being constructed in the Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality. The investors are MS&Wood – settlement Miljacka in the Džemala Bijedića Street, settlement Nova Otoka between the streets Bulevar Meše Selimovića and Džemala Bijedića, where the investor is Nova Otoka Ltd., Unigradnja in the street Bulevar Meše Selimovića, then residential facilities Provansa Dobrinja (Domoinvest), Oki Dobrinja Exclusive, Malak Group in the Branislava Nušića Street and the Fund of the Sarajevo Canton for apartment construction.

Better business conditions for apartment construction were created with measures being reflected in reducing procedures of permit issuance, design of new regulatory plans, and amendments and corrections to existing plans in cooperation with investors.

All new facilities are being constructed by European standards and in accordance with ecological criteria, which will contribute to the increase in incomes generated by the Municipality on the basis of rent that the investors pay to the municipal budget for the construction of new facilities. Decisions of the Municipal Council enabled the payment of rent in installments, for facilities exceeding 1,000 square meters.

The Center for relaxation, sports and education “Safet Zajko”, opened this year and located in the very heart of the Municipality, significantly improved the overall image of the quality of life, especially for young couples who most often opt for the purchase of a new apartment.
