one_lessThe Association of Single Parents of Canton Sarajevo ‘Jedan Manje’ (One Less) took big steps in 2014. Single parents, and members of the Association from the Sarajevo and Central Bosnia Canton joined, as well as members of this group from the Tuzla Canton.

‘’The strategic goal of the Association is to act at the state level of B&H. For such activities, it is necessary to register the same Association in a minimum of three cantons, which we have done, and have thus created the conditions for its application at the state level’’, said to klix.ba Muamera Činjarević, President of the Association.

Single parents who need help, support and friendship from those who understand them attended the inaugural meeting of the Association in Tuzla Canton.

‘’The organs have been selected of this Association and from them it is expected to follow the model of Canton Sarajevo, which will be the headquarters of this Association and will continue to spread the idea and fight for the rights of this marginalized population, which is becoming more numerous every day, not only here but throughout the world’’, said Činjarević.

Members of the Association are very active and are trying to help each other in all possible ways. With this goal, an action will be carried out in February in front of the shopping center Mercator on Socijalno in Sarajevo, where volunteers will collect food items to be donated to people.
