By order of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office and the orders of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, Federal Police Administration’s investigators began the implementation of the operation codenamed “Ata” early this morning. The investigators are also in the field with the acting prosecutor who coordinates the investigative activities.
Searches are underway at 13 locations in the Sarajevo Canton for the criminal offenses of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, incitement to prostitution and unauthorized possession of weapons.
Several people are expected to be arrested. More information will be known after the completion of the field activities, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office announced.
