bauConstruction of the first Bauhaus Center in B&H will be started next year, and works on the land are currently taking place, as well as cleaning of the land and the permanent fence will be set up soon.

“Works have started a few days ago and the deadline for its completion is 90 days, and its performance will depend on the weather conditions. The construction of the building has not started as the initiative of the Department for urban planning adopted amendments to the regulation plan, since there was a need for road to pass in this area, which will be in the background of the object. In cooperation with the Department and the Municipality of Novi Grad, the facility has been moved for 9 meters forward in order to leave enough space for the road, and the regulatory plan was ultimately adopted,” explained lawyer Radovanovic.

Size of a parcel is 50,000 m2, and the facility will be 17,000 m2. The remaining land is reserved for parking lot and garden section.

The value of the investment is 47 million BAM, and the center will be employing 150 people. Bauhaus Center in B&H will be engaged exclusively in the sales activity.

Customers will be able to come and move through the center in their cars and buy what they need without having to carry something to their vehicles. Also, their arrival on our market is opening the possibility for B&H companies to progress.
